The Kiln
Postgraduate therapist education without the bullshit
Other than individual professional consultation, most of my services to other clinicians are offered through The Kiln, which I co-founded with Dr. Kae Hixson, LPC in 2024.
The Kiln provides ongoing training and mentorship opportunities for therapists at every stage of development, from newly registered associates to seasoned practitioners, as well as a place to find comradeship and community in the work - a needed oasis in a field where we are often isolated.
Dr. Hixson and I are both actively involved in every service The Kiln provides.
Since my client caseload is almost always full and my individual availability is otherwise limited, working with The Kiln is usually the quickest way to access me.

High quality accredited continuing education for licensed clinicians, including in board-required subject areas like ethics and supervision
Introductory and advanced training in our trauma processing modality, Mentalization-Based Narrative Exposure Therapy for Complex Interpersonal Trauma (MBNET)
Custom-designed trainings for organizations, institutions and group practices
Expert-led consultation groups in MBNET and relational psychotherapy
Personal trauma memory processing groups for clinicians
Group supervision and postgraduate training for OBLPCT associates
